How do you get rid of Lizards and ants?
Anyone know how to keep lizards and ants away. I have a lot of ants on my kitchen tables even when is clean and sugarfree.Tried cleaning it always but still the ants doesnt leave. I heard that empty egg shell keeps lizards away, is it true?. I tried but im not sure if it keeps em away coz i still see it.
The fragrance still lingers in the hand that gives away the flower...

My solution is to kill, kill, kill.
What I do is I buy ant powder, place some goodies on the table to lure them, then spinkle the powder over them and they happily transport the poison back to their colonies. They're happy; I'm happy.
I Mortein the lizards and they go someplace to die in their skins. No maggots. Like cured leather after they die. After a while, no more eggs laid, no more baby lizards.

Most lizards came out during midnight.... and they will stick on the wall high up... just wonder how we going to Mortein them? Impossible we sit and wait all night for them to come out.... any better solution?Originally Posted by Flynn

heard there'z diz kinda pelletz dat u can put at certain cornerz of ur home where lizardz often congregate at.... it comez in small containerz.... n it workz like rat poison....

Yes, ants can be a problem and I usually try to get rid of them. As for lizards, they are actually good, they get rid of bugs around the house. And old folks say that if there are no lizards in a house, that means its not 'clean' (if you know what i mean).

Is it Complex UE3? Why shop selling? Is it Hai-O? Any idea what is the pelletz name? My house too..lots of lizard and you hv to clean their black stuff in the morning.. hai...itz sold in a shoppin arcade on jln loke yew on d way 2 cheras.... duz anybody know wat iz d name of d place? they sell a lotta chinese stuff wun.

Ants is easy. Many types of effective pallets and powders in the market.
House lizards is another matter. So far, there is no real effective lizard control in the market and even pest control companies have no effective solutions. If anyone can come up with an effective and safe lizard control formular, he is going to make big money.
So, I just hunt them down the old fashion way. Helps keep the population in check but not elimination by any measure.

A meter long rotan meant for the stubborn kids..would also do fine to keep the lizards off the wall in a single swap... outstretch hand + 1 meter = about 9 feet high.
Just do enough numbers to limit their crawling all over. There's no need to wipe them off the surface of this earth.

The ants in my house just dun fall for those poison (powder). After i put the powder, still can see them around the hse.. Everywhere... Anyone can recommend a good one?

Guess u hv got the imitated powder... earlier I faced similar issue as well, bought from the pasar malam... put, the next day get up, the powder still there and the ants still there... Later, I go buy another one, immediately the next day, all ants are gone.
As for lizards... hmmm... still wondering what is the effective ways to get rid of them.

There must be a reason why God created these creatures but i sure agree lizards can be bit messy with their droppings.

Years ago, I had this black, extra sticky stuff that I used to plaster around the windscreens of my old junk of a car because when it rained, the hardened plastic around the edges allowed water to leak into the car. I can't remember where I got it or what it was called, but I plastered some of it on a newspaper, put an enticing bait in the centre, and one of the many lizards went for it. It got stuck and couldn't move all 4 legs, and then I didn't know what to do with it. Couldn't bring myself to smash it. It finally died of starvation or tiredness after 2 days, with me apologising to it. I won't do that again, but that was one method of trapping a lizard.

yup, datz d wun.... it iznt in a shop but in 1 of d stallz on d grd flr.... sori i dunno wat d pelletz r called but i oni know itz 4 gettin rid o lizardz...
yup, i face d same prob, they alwiz like 2 poop in d same locatn wun.... every time!!

This is how i made my own lizard repellent
i started catching lizards and putting them into a plastic bag, after about a month, there was more than 20 lizards in the plastic bag, i give them the necessity to survive, flies, ants, water, etc..
so every night, i notice that these lizards in the bag make some strange noises, as though they are warning others not to come near..
after keeping them alive for 2 months, i notice not a single lizard is in my house...
no sounds of lizards, no eggs, no droppings...
after that, i went to a secluded place, and release the lizards...
and no lizards were seen in the vicinity of my house for approximately 5 years...
or for those of you who are brave enough to catch a single lizard, when you got one, go out of your house, and hole the lizard right at the tail so that it will release itself....
after that, that particular lizard would not be anywhere to be seen for a long long time...
i kinda guess that lizards' tail are sort of like their ego, without it, they won't appear in public, notice why you seldom see a lizard without a tail?
anyone who wants to try the first method, let me know, so i can start catching some lizards, for you to start your own repellent..
