Thumbs up Recommendations for running shoes

Check out this Spore-based website - http://on-track.com.sg - for evaluation reports on running shoes.

This website is set up by 3 professionals - Tye Lee Tze (visiting podiatrist for the Spore Sports Council), Dr Patrick Goh (team physician for the last Spore Olympic and SEA Games squads) and Gino Ng (physiotherapist and national triathlete) - so their tests and evaluations are reliable.

Examples of motion control running shoes for people with moderate to severe flat feet: New Balance 1050*, Saucony Grid Stabil 5*, Asics Gel Evolution*, New Balance 857*, Mizuno Alchemy 5 (* denotes shoes reviewed and tested by on-track.com.sg).

    Happy running!

As a rule of thumb, you should get a new pair of running shoes every 3-4 months, especially if you clock up significant mileages in your runs.

    Jangan kedekut, Pak!
