a friend of mine picked Michael Learns to Rock, while another picked Rod Stewart's songs.

i think, duets are quite suitable too.

Yup, that's why my friends did the duet for us. Mulanya di sini and A whole new world. Wanted to have a Hindi song as well but the choir just couldn't master Kuch Kuch Hota Hai So we ended up with one Mandarin, one Cantonese, one Malay and one English song.

The rest were Church Hymns. For the dancing/disco part, I chose all the songs from the 80's.

    You choosing wedding songs, totoro?

Here, There and Everywhere, Till There Was You by The Beatles
Could I Have This Dance by Anne Murray
Truly, Endless Love by Lionel Ritchie/ Diana Ross
All I Ask Of You - Phantom Of The Opera soundtrack

Dear John Letter by ERNEST TUBB AND LORETTA LYNN

    (LORETTA)
Dear John oh how I hate to write dear John I must let you know tonight
That my love for you has died away like grass upon the lawn
And tonight I wed another dear John

    (ERNEST)
I was overseas in battle when the mail called up to me
And they handed me a letter why I was happy as could be
For the fighting was all over and the battle had been won
Then I opened up the letter and that started Dear John
Dear John oh how I hate to write...

    (LORETTA)
Will you please send back my picture my husband wants it now
And when I tell you who I'm marrying well you won't care dear anyhow
Now the ceremony has started and I'll wed your brother Don
Will you wish us happiness forever dear John
And tonight I wed another dear John

When we fall in love - Nat King Cole/Natalie Cole: march in
(we originally wanted Ave Maria, but my best pal's wedding few months ahead of me already use that for his march in, so have to change...)

cake cutting... can't remember as the DJ played the wrong song

and I nearly fall out of my chair when I heard what they played for the food presentation: Theme from Startrek!!

and Emil Chow's Tomorrow I married you, will be nice for the hen's night
