Do not use train loo when train stops at station

incident happened when I/my husband were traveling on express rakyat from j.b towards seremban
Gemas -the cleaner was somehow like filling water or something into the tank under the toilet area with a hose, while the cleaner was waiting for the tank to be fully filled my hubby went into the washroom to relive himself and as the tank is under the washroom the cleaner had to squat and hold on to the hose while waiting (can imagine how close the sewage piping was to the cleaner) few minutes later the excrement fell onto the track.
-the cleaner immediately hold on to his breath/nose. (Yes, the smell is that bad even when he doing it at home the smell is horrible)

My hubby wasn’t aware of the cleaner. I was standing at platform 2 taking photos of the station when I witness the incident.

When he came out of the washroom 1 of the train staff told him that we’re not allowed to use the washroom when train stops at station.

My hubby was so shocked/surprised when I told him what I saw

I strongly urge/hope that people would not use the washroom when train stops at station, it’s very unhygienic
Put yourself in the station master/commuter shoes , how would you feel if you see 'that' on the track .

In the old days, it was either understood that toilets are not to be used while the train is in the station, or there was a sign forbidding it (I forget which). But I know it was a known thing. Don't know if there's such a sign in trains now. Haven't travelled in one for ages.

there's a sticker in the washroom say 'do not use the toilet when train stops at station' 1 in BM and 1 in English .

    i feel sorry/pity the cleaner
