I agree that the brand is different but the quality of the cat and dog food is better than the whiskas and pedigree that i used to buy.

My sentiment exactly. Great minds think alike.

Anyhow for meat I usually buy at the wet market. They are fresh and cheap. For mah yau yee (what'sthatinenglish?) or Kurau, it used to be $10 per kilo. Now it is $12-14 per kilo but it is still cheaper than these markets selling at $25 and above. Black bawal is below $10 too.

However for Salmon, it is still Tesco Puchong. I do not seem to be able to find them elsewhere at their price.

Mydin is better because it's the cheapest supermarket.

It does not matter if it is the cheapest or not... my choice will Jaya Grocer, Giant, Tesco and Aeon Big. Quality is what people want.

I had a very unpleasant experience when I applied scholarship from petronas during my varsity time. The memory is so “fond” that I practically boycott everything from this brand during my younger days..

    - I rejected an offer as a Drilling Engineer from petronas carigali. I repeat, it was an offer from them before the end of final semester, I did not apply.

    - If you guys still remember, there were only petronas stations along the NS highway in the beginning, no other oil companies were allowed to set up station along the NS highway. When I drove from KL back to my hometown, I took the trouble to detour to smaller town like Seremban to pump petrol when I needed to refill the tank.
