Good food in USJ / Subang Jaya

Any recommendations to all the nice eating places in USJ / Subang Jaya?

Doesn't matter Chinese, Malay, Western, mamaks, hotels, restaurants, roadsides... I am always at a lost to where to eat in and around the area.

For the last 10 years I have been visiting only the wanton mee shop in Taipan regularly. The one next to the Chicken Rice Shop, facing the multi-story car park. Open 10.30am - 2~3pm. Close on Monday.

I've never been there. I don't know what they sell. So, it's wantan mee eh?
Must try one day. It's full sometimes .....is it good?
    What else besides wantan mee?

heard about the hokkien/hakka pan mee in SS19?
as soon as u turn into SS19 from the traffic light junction, the first left turn, the corner shop (next to a cake house I think), they serve sugar cane juice and coconut also.
Normally I go for a big bowl, extra vege, no meat. ikan bilis ok. But be prepare to wait. Morning and afternoon only. Dinner closed.

They hv Chap fun there? Lunch time is it? I normally hv breakfast there about once a week, just went this morning, had pan mee and coconut juice. Nice

How about the SS19 yam kueh? It's on the 3rd left turn, the corner coffee shop at the other end of the mamak. The auntie's yam cake is very popular, sometimes will be sold out by 10am.

    Next....?

Normally one has to wait for half an hour at least during peak hours. But I wouldn't mind waiting cos they really make very good pan mee. I like mine with extra ikan bilis and chilies..yummy.

Yup, it's hokkien pan mee, but I think Hakka style also the same. I normally have some tidbits (fried stuff from the chap fan stall) while waiting (looonnnnnggg) for the pan mee.

Yes yes! And it costs 1 buck. Normally I would help myself to the chilies. Prefer the green ones tho.

There is this mee goreng stall near usj19, its located in the taman but i have no idea whats the taman name.

on persiaran kewajipan, heading towards shah alam. On the left is USJ19, down straight until there is a traffic light, where you`ll see a shell station on your right. At the traffic light turn left and go straight. On the second junction, just turn left. As soon as you turn from the traffic light, you should be able to spot the mee goreng seller`s van.

The cendol they serve so so only..

Ahh ... speaking of cendol & rojak it has to be combination of both equally good ya. Have to try out the ones opposite Shell station in ss15. Every weekend pass by there surely packed. LINE hell of a long punya. But no regrets if you take the time to line up and try it.
