5~6 apples (green) Peeled and thinly sliced

    1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (Ground)
    1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
    2 tablespoon brown sugar
    1~2 tablespoon flour

Note..dry apples else remove excess water after slicing. If the mixture is too wet, use more flour.

    1/4 teaspoon Allspice
    1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
    3 tablespoon brown sugar

    Skinned apples

Mixed well with the above listed

    Layered into buttered tray.

The above is enough for a small 8" X 4" tray

Ground biscuit crumbs. (This time Firefly used cornflakes instead)

Close up of the ground crumbs already mixed with sugar and spices.

Cut frozen butter into small pieces and blender with a chopper together with the ground crumbs. Use short burst and tt should look like this ...

Layer over the apple. DO NOT PRESS DOWN. Just spread it over.

Bake at 150C for 45 minutes. Leave to cool, cover with foil and fridge overnight.
Best served chilled overnight on topped with vanilla icecream.

Forgot to take a picture of the finish product...hopefully there is some left to photo tonight.
