NO I WAS NOT KIDDING. It was a neutral statement and it was you all who are making a mountain out of a molehill. This include those who apologise on my behalf and also Chang who once again overstep his duty by making unfair remarks and also misinterpreted what my intention was when I made that statement.

PCYeoh did not suggest anything. I wish a person would read what is actually being written instead of speculating based on their own interpretation of things from troubled and sometimes, inferiority-racked minds. I read PCYeoh's remark three times and I did not find anything amiss. In fact I find Girl 2's remark unwarranted with a sweeping statement of 'where is the respect you guys have for the ladies'. And I find Chang's remark even worse "Did you lose complete control of your senses? Many a times I had to stop you from making a complete fool of yourself but when I wasn't looking, you did it again !!" which smacks of God-like arrogance, usually evident in small people with inferiority complex.

let me moderate things a little. ok, first. I've always find that the statement "a person interprets a statement based on their natural bias and also what's in their mind at that moment".

now, when I saw PC's statement, I looked at it sentence by sentence and didn't really see anything wrong.

Let's go through it:

first, the hot statement "what they do after that is their return of investment". What does the Cupid Club do? People meeting each other, getting to know each other, getting friends and maybe more than just friends, hence Cupid Club.

The way I saw it, the one night stand meant the TT itself. Have it there, one time.
The next statement got everyone riled up because of societal bias that one night stand are associated with something sexual in nature. Does it have to?
Perhaps today it is a negative term but who knows in future it could be a general term. English words do evolve and change as the people use and sometimes take a different meaning from the original one.

Perhaps with paragraphs, it's easier to understand the context better but since this is a bullet point, it happens.

Maybe PC did a Najib. Said something but it came out wrongly from what it originally meant. We all do it sometimes.
