please take note that the rain gutter high above the roof can collect rain water if it is cloged and become a mosquito breeding ground especially if there are trees nearby. The falling leave usually cloged the gutter.

Yes. MPSJ reported in THE STAR (3/06/2006)...that they wanna increase the Fines or could add jail sentences (MPSJ said it is too low and not serious enough for now)...better check the gutters n all areas that are suspected to harbour aedes mozzies..btw, since i'm not from usj11, i won't know..u can always get someone who 'kena' from MPSJ regarding mozzies to highlight the concealed/affected areas..
Even if u argue out that it is Sime UEP's fault, i believe at the end..MPSJ will still get to claim half..
(it's just not worth it to contribute to their 'fund collection' plans such as these...)
