Main Discussion Areas
We have multiple forums running on this website.
You will see the full listing here.
The Main Forum is where most postings will go and this is the place that most of our members congregate. Once in awhile, the Administrator will move some threads to the relevant forums (sub-forums or channels) so that they are kept in specific localities based on topics. This is to make it easy for people to find discussions under specific topics.
The Chatterbox is a place where the younger (and young-at-heart) may have more freedom to chat rather than be encumbered by the stricter rules about keeping to informational discussions in the Main Forum. However, we do request that discussions still stick to topic and not deviate from the title of the thread.
How to post
It is quite simple.
You do need to be logged on as a member before you can post.
When you feel like giving your opinion or answer a question, just click on the Post Reply button that is located on the top and bottom of each forum page.
If you wish to start a new discussion (new topic), just back out of a thread or go to one of the channels and you will find the New Thread button.
Messaging
As members, you already have an email account with the great address of usj.com.my ! Use it by clicking on Fastmail link found in the grey banner area above all the forum pages. However, this service is closed for now due to heavy spamming to our mail server. sorry, fastmail is not available now
If you prefer Short Messages (just like SMS), the PM (Private Messaging) is available. - you either click on "Privarte messages" in the orange box in the top left corner of the webpage (above the logout word) or click on the name of the person and find the "send a private message to ..." link in the drop-down menu box.
User Titles
This is given depending on how many postings you had done in the Forum
Kawan Baru (new friend) - less than 15 postings
SETIAkawan (loyal friend) - 15 to 99 posts
Budiman (wise person) - 100 posts and more
