Ahhh Alex, so you bike a lot ehh? Road or mountain?

These Adventure Races are like a mini version of the Eco-Challenge that was on TV many moons ago. Have to run/hike in the jungle, abseil down waterfall, bike, kayak, swim, fly, etc etc. About 4-9 hours in all.

I've not participated in any yet coz lack of training - only just started running some months back. See lah, when got fitness already :-)

Anyway if you're interested in finding / forming a team, the Nomad Adventure website has a Teammate-Finder thingy.

i would love to try. win or lose is not important for me the experience and fun is the most important.
