I went there once. You have to show proof that u are single. It was rather embarassing when men oogle at us like some merchandize from "cash converters".. they are the shoppers.. we became the "shopees"..! At the end of the day, the men call the shots.. (meaning.. don't call me, I'll call u..)

    Alex,

    No harm checking out club.

Another suggestion... Ask your CLOSE friends or colleagues or relatives to introduce. Share my personal experience... A colleague (who was 20 years my senior) knew of my "hunting weekends" and connected me with my wife. She knew both parties and felt that it would be a good fit. Thank God for her role in bringing a great blessing to me.

Of course, your choice of introducer is important. A play-play introducer will merely connect you with play-play friends who will not be suitable. The introducer should care enough and know you and the other party WELL.

alex, i think it's a wonderful place to find your ideal girl, a few friends of mine found his wf there and they have got married for more than 2 yrs now(I am happy for him as he is hitting bald) and they are no bad looking and lots of them are teachers as well...i think it's a good cupid club to see further into if the resources from relatives and friends and at work is running out. good luck.at least most of the girls or ladies has good occupation and independent and most of them have homes ready!!!!(bonus).

Thanks all for the personal PM and the encouragement that you guys gave me....coz sometimes I could be shy or scared when come to meet girls...as due to pass bad experience....

I did go out with colleague, but deep inside me, i dont know what to talk about...i worried that I will say the wrong things....i like being myself...a joker, an outgoing type of person... but sometimes, I will feel one kind....

    Cheers

If what you said is true, then it is downright humiliating and degrading.

    Jose,

Aren't women generally viewed as chattel

Just look at the headlines from the NST last Sunday. The bias against independent women was pretty obvious.

Yes. That is why I am a very strong believer that a woman should demand and expect the best for herself. Unfortunately (in another thread), many men are shooting down this and think otherwise.

Actually, alex u shud jz be yourself like what u describe a real joker, outgoing .. dun care whether tis person is meant for u anot .. jz be yourself n u dun hv to feel one kind .. otherwise, susah sendiri only ..

The only wrong things / word to say in front of a gurl is those vulgarity words .. until unless u know that person la .. otherwise wat we say is only our opinion whether they like it or not ..
