They seem only efficient in one thing.... sending out lawyers letters to pay up IWK bills...
i had a very good experience with IWK. a couple of weeks ago, called them up regarding my "going-to-overflow" septic tank. the same day itself they sent someone to check.

pipe burst? if yes, it should be SYABAS. not very clear in the pic ler.
That's why I still don't bother to pay them inspite of reminders in RED. Waiting for their lawyer letter!Originally Posted by USJ27Resident

Suprise suprise...Saw the indah water truck there yesterday afternoon. (Soli no pic as the camera was not with me) But after they left, there is still smelly water gushing out. By evening, the sutuition was still the same. Strangly, this morning it's dry.

Soon. Maybe they are trying to rectify the problem. It dried up yesterday.
We had the same incident about 3 weeks ago - overflow at the septic tank.
A neighbour called up IWK and within the same afternoon, IWK came. Very efficient in my opinion.
Of course we had the stinky smell all over our street. But the kind neighbour of mine actually went to spray the overflow with water to clear it. I am glad to have such an angelic neighbour! You can see her sweeping the road outside our house to keep it clean!!!
