Elevated ramp in front of Tiaraville

I learnt that the main road in front of Tiaraville (Jln 16/1?) has an elevated ramp to join the SJ/Kelana Jaya Link. This ramp starts from Block A and will be rather close to Block B as it joins the main flyover. Those who bought the podium units in Block B will probably be able to see the cars drive pass right outside their units!!

I always thought the SJ/Kelana Jaya Link only connects to Jalan Kewajipan. You can see the pillars be constructed in front of Block B as you drive past it.

Did the developer mention about this elevated ramp? Their plans and modal always show a straight and flat road in front of Tiaraville. Did they forget to put the elevated ramp in? Or was this ramp an after-thought?
