The YB should publish the names of all those on government scholarships to study medicine in Ireland who have not returned to serve out their contract/bond. It would be interesting to see if the award of the scholarships are on a 'merit' basis. I can bet you that this list will never see the light of day.

Maybe the gov shud give them 3 months to return home, failing which their passport will be deem cancelled and that make them stateless... in turn that makes them "illegal immigrants" hence deportation... otherwise they'll apply for permanent residency in other country and never return.

... and the usual deserving good students, be they Malay, Chinese, Indian, Kadazan-Dusun, Iban, Dayaks, Muruts, Senois, etc with no Damansara Heights or Bangsar addresses, sorry-lah..... tunggu lama-lama loh!
