Bus No. 67 does not stop at Taipan. U stop at USJ 8 and walk across the road. The hotel is opposite the USJ 8 Police Station.

Suggest you take Bus No. 63 as this bus stops at Taipan (USJ9 & 10)...

Also, anyone can point me in the direction of lodging a formal complaint? Corporate phone number, CEO email, a name, etc? Looked on their website ... don't list any of that.
