That's what I thought. Many people including myself don't seem to realize that you can't just go to the pasar and sell off a bar of 999.9 gold, at 'market prices'...
I have a silly question. I read here that most likely you can only sell your gold at a discount off the spot market price, say 15%. How about those legit gold traders who buy and sell gold at daily...

The RM625 rebate will only end in March 2009. It doesn't change.
i think it was a good move... personally i estimate that less than 5% of the EPF contributors will submit this form to maintain at 11%, so the government saves tons on paperwork and costs...
