What's the point of filling up the pot holes but the tar or whatever material they used come off in a few short weeks? Did MPSJ Engineering Dept even QC the work done? And they accepted...

The potholes have been patched up, thank you. But the big one in front of Da Men is appearing again. Seems that the contractors didn't do a good job or using low quality material?
