What's it like spending the nite on one of the junks? I am thinking of doing that but am afraid I'd get seasick. Halong bay looks really heavenly.

We're leaving sometime early March. My mum's birthday is on the 9th so we're trying to make it before then. Give her a surprise by showing up unannounced.... kah kah.

Does anyone know how I can get a Police cert of good conduct really fast? I have one but it's dated February 2006 and the US embassy told me that the cert is only valid for a year and that I need to...

Had a fantabulous time in SR. Though inhaling too much of the dust atop the tuk2 gave me a really bad sore throat till now!

Stayed at the Steung Siem Reap Hotel. Really nice...

But if the temple no longer in use, then should be ok kua... they're mostly ruins... :)
