Yes, AC Ryan, and unfortunately it developed hardware issues. It was the 1st model and I wasn't so happy with it.
The new and current models are much better because it have improved hardware chipset for improved performance.
AC Ryan is premium priced products and support is via official website and Singapore regional office.
