Anyone with a clear understanding of “Batu Tiga” phenomenon will have a negative thinking of RA in USJ or USJRA if same people were there intruding the Rights of other Zone!! What had been done by USJ RA on the Subang Ria hearing made no difference! Should JKP Zone One promote the hearing instead of USJ RA?
One’s wisdom can be reflected in one’s hehaviour as much as one’s writing, especially in a Forum which could be to the World at large. Taking the Rights of Residents as Games need “extraordinary” “wisdom”!! Australia, New Zealand, etc., should appreciate this kind of promotion leading to Malaysian to take MM2H in another direction!!
I was almost touched to see PC voicing out that a Chihuahua was found wondering in Subang Jaya Buddhist Association. I believe that Chihuahua is a smart one as Buddhism takes all lives equal. When a human being is taking another human as Chihuahua, isn’t it a big contra? I wear spectacle of Rights & Obligations (Laws), I do not have a spectacle of “Politics”!! I will not limit my learning from Chihuahua (bits) but also Buddhist talks and others. Truth glows by itself! Spotlight only needed for those at the STAGE!!

From the posting here, one hour before the deadline, 1184 had registered, and from MPSJ "saying" in the newspaper more than 3,000 had registered and around 1060 was "selected" as "Rightful Subang Jayan" and from the newspaper about 1000 participants. Do you think the majority of participants are USJ?
Should you think Legal Standi and Technicalities deliberately ignored by USJ RA intruding other Rights that had been demonstrated in the Batu Tiga case and the latest Subang Ria case are good neighborhoodship? Please keep them at your Backyard, try them when your house has an issue for voting!!
If they have the Rights, they should have fight for the Green Sticker and not voluntarily selected the Red/Yellow Sticker!! At least eileenc (Secretary of USJ RA?) should have no difficulties in doing so as her Post #141

I take it that you really want to do good for those who had been victimized by the Housing bullies in this country, no matter they are officers or Developers. Most probably you are not paying maintenance fee therefore, you still lack the experience of those also tortured by the so called MC or Management in the form of RA.
If you want to pick Pritpal Singh, you have to know some of his background and some research then you can “shoot” him well and not “wild”. I believe you could be a victim of either the Rhythm Avenue or New Gate where Pritpal started his publicity as someone under the Ministry of Local Government (which is also under MOH) in 2002/2003. With years of repeated delays and stress from the Bank and others, your grievance can be understood. If you know he started also as Chairman in one of the Wangsa Baiduri Condos in 2003 in a kind of RA and working close with the Developer on Joint-Management (Relevant ACT only enforced this year!), and, wrote letter of “appreciation” to LHB on LHB’s “rescuing” the road in Wangsa Baiduri after years of ignorance, then, I believe you will not have any slightest idea to take me, or, “shooting” me as Pritpal. And, if I am Pritpal, I should have stopped Grandpa to write the following in his posting #185
“I go through a leaflet from the PPSJ and surprised to see the chairmans of the wangsa baiduri condos were organizing the PPSJ when they have been relaxed or working along side with the Developer in dragging the Transfer of Strata Titles for years, allowing the Common Properties to remain in the Developer's name, non-justification of expenses and not chasing after the Developer on why no facilities for a Condo or strata title as Apartment!!”
I have a lot of information because we share the information in our group without Red Herrings with patience and going through process similar to putting “puzzle” together.
• Why I like to be called as House Victim as there should be million of House Victim in this country.
• Why I am emphasizing Legal Standi and Technicalities, because, they are the areas which can be bullied easily when a group of experts are available to help the bully.
• Why I had been pointing to TCPA in length, because it regulates the process to take our Rights in consideration but still loopholes for bully.
Only in this direction, we can avoid a lot of deviations or emotional factors.
Orchi, if you really want to help those Housing Victims, try to get verification on my points, use them if they are valid. Tell me if I had made any mistake or missing some points. Even information from enemies can be useful! Some even put up a “mistake” to confuse others as normal logic will assume “no dummy will publicize a mistake” and so publicly when no objection to a mistake, then, a mistake can be made publicly.
P.S. Town planning usually started with Zoning and in many case also specified Plot Ratio. Should a plot ratio of 1.5:1 been set for SS12/1 or a new 4.6:1 to be imposed!!
Orchi, if you are really picking Pritpal, post his wrong doings here. Or even use your 3rd Mother Tongue. BUT, BE SPECIFIED – PRITPAL SINGH if he should be your Target!! But, should he be the only one to make things happened!!
