Since there have been so many requests for taxi contacts by pm, emails and also postings here, I think I might as well post these few taxis contact for everyone's benefit. Please note that they are NOT my personal friends but I have used them and found them to be very friendly, reasonable, careful drivers and reliable.

Fairus Taxi HB 8761 Tel: 016 9260789 Charges about RM40-45 from USJ to
LCCT or KLIA.

Jasni Taxi HB 9778 Tel: 013 4506012. Jasni is an LCCT taxi and hence would also be able to pick you up from LCCT on your return trip.

Rahman Taxi HWC 4570 Tel: 012 6150044 Charges about RM50 to LCCT. But
can negotiate on phone first.
As Rahman is an LCCT taxi, you can reserve him to pick you from LCCT.
What I do is I book him ahead, and I call him when I am back. He will be in
front of the arrival hall for me. You can buy coupon or just pay him direct.

Beh Taxi 2112 Tel 012 3653075 He drives an MPV to KLIA. Negotiable and
reasonable rate.

Hope you all find the info above useful in your coming flights.

I prefer booking the KLIA Limo. If not mistaken, the cost for Budget is around RM43.50 going TO KLIA - unless there has been an increase. They normally send the MPV or, very occasionally, a Premier. Having a clean taxi beats using the small Wiras with a boot reduced further by the gas tank.

All this while, I was using KLIA Limo. If am travelling alone, they would send me Merz or sometimes MPV also .. which is good. But then nowadays am taking LCCT so rate a bit diff'la.

Mr Beh uses MPV so you can use him. His cab is clean and he is very reasonable.

err.. pat what about midnight extra charges on taxis from USJ to LCCT, u know AirAsia fly at crazy hours one. :D

kokomo 20-05-2006 12:42 PM

Not only fly at crazy hours but also delayed flight like madness. Making us feel trapped in that terminal like illegal imigrants.

Sorry I dont know as I have yet to take any graveyard shift flilght. Why dont you just give a call to those numbers I have given and check with them. Just mention my name from Court 9. These are very nice and reasonable taxi drivers. Go on...call them!

Why huh? You fellas keep talking about flight delays etc. I fly so much and hardly face any!! On the contrary, last week when I came back from Miri, my fllight was ahead by about 20 minutes!! I had to wait for my taxi instead!! Ha ha ...what a pleasant change!

i fly pretty often, and i get delayed on most of my flights... however, it depends on which flight and what time of the day you fly... the delays accumulate over the day...

chsum 22-05-2006 07:57 AM

found out that at midnight charges (12.00am to 7.00am) the cost is RM60-65 one way trip from usj to lcct

The usual delay i encounter was 30min, only once 1.5hours due to aircond not working. :(

Well, some people are just lucky not to have stuck wif delays. As for me, all I can say it, I was the unlucky fella & few others as well, that has this experience. I don't mind delays actually but at least they should inform ahead and not last min ma. They just let everyone keep waitin' in there until someone voice out and ask them bout it. Otherwise they won't even tell.

Funny thing is, by the time they inform us .. we can see AA our flight came in. Haha .. how silly their services can be.

CS Chua 10-06-2006 06:21 PM

I called the regular airport limo taxi service for LCCT and they charged me the same rate as going to KLIA i.e. $43.70 from Subang Jaya. Sounds reasonable. A private taxi I called asked for $60. I guess they are depending on people's ignorance.
