Hi, This recipe, I got from an old chinese cookbook. It is just so easy to prepare and it taste just great. (especially with chicken rice) You can even prepare it a day ahead and just bake it the next day.

2 slices of boneless chicken legs (chicken chop)
3 tbls soya sauce
1 1/4 tbsp each: sugar and chinese rice wine
2 slices of lemon (optional)

note; if you do not want the chicken to be too sweet, you can lessen the amount of sugar and if you prefer, use water instead of the rice wine. (Which I normally do since my daughter does not like the taste of the wine and I use 1 tbsp of sugar since hubby does not like it too sweet)

1. Marinate the chicken with the soya sauce, sugar and wine for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Put meat in a baking pan and bake skin side up uncovered at 230C for 25 - 30 minutes or until cooked and skin is golden brown.Sprinkle on lemon juice if desired and serve while it is hot.
