Hi, there...I love baking and have found this yummy brownie recipe. I have made it several times and it is a big hit when my daughter brings it to school. Try this out and let me know if you like it..
Note: All ingredients MUST be at room temperature. Worth the wait.

For cream cheese layer
1 package of cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp flour

Brownie layer
5 tbsp butter
5 ounces semisweet chocolate (About 141.75g little bit more no problem....)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 160C
2. Lightly grease a square 9 x 9 inch cake pan
3. To make the cream cheese layer
Put the cream cheese into a mixer bowl and mix till smooth then add the rest of the cream cheese layer ingredients, beating well. Set aside.
4. To make the brownie layer
Melt the butter and chocholate together. Put aside and let it cool to room temperature.
5. In a separate bowl, mix/beat the eggs and sugar until it is thick and a nice "lemon color".
6. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix well until combined.
7. Add the flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix well.
8. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
9. Slowly Pour in the cream cheese mixture ontop of the chocolate mixture and carefully even out the cream cheese all over .Be carefull not to let the two mixtures combine.
10. Add the remaining chocolate mixture
11. Bake until the sides begin to brown about 25 - 30 minutes.

Do not overbake the brownies as it is nice to eat when it is slightly gooey in the centre. If you like your brownies really gooey in the centre, add in more chocolate chips and bake it in a smaller cake pan ( 8x8 inch)
For the chocolate, I normally use the Van houten cooking chocolate and the vochelle chocolate chips. Can easily get it from carrefour and giant
