Salted Fish Flavoured Chicken Patty
This is a very nice recipe which I want to share with all of you.
Very refreshing way of using minced chicken, in my opinion lah.
Ingredients:
160g tenggiri salted fish, mashed and remove bones
500g minced chicken meat (I usually buy Ramly's frozen minced chicken from supermarket)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 stalk coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Knorr chicken granules
1 tbsp tapioca flour
Method
1. Mix salted fish and chicken meat.
2. Add in onions, coriander, chicken granules and tapioca flour. Mix well.
3. Spread mixture onto a greased plate. Steam over high heat till cooked.
4. Heat up some oil in a wok. Fry till a light golden brown. Remove, slice into pieces. Serve with sliced cucumber.
