Can get invited when you get your pool table kah? ;-)
Anyway, I am not exactly sure which type of pool table you are refering to. But there is one shop in Summit that deals in all kinds of such stuff. I am sure they should be able to help you. If I remember correctly, they are on they same floor as the cineplex.
Rgds.

Yeap, like patrick said, it's the same floor as the cineplex and opposite the entrance to Prime College. That's where I got my pool cue.

Aiyah...tupai. My advice is lets go to the snooker parlour like Summit to practice. Buying a table is one thing. You need to to maintain it too, not to mention you need the space.
Anytime wanna play, call me! I miss playing. But I prefer British pool please! American pool pockets are too big....no shiok lah!

Ahem...err...best could be...to 'practice' more in loosing to your better opponents...often enough...then ya would improve the English....hahahahaaaaa:D

I second what orchi suggested.
Long ago, I remember when I just started playing snooker/pool, I would round up the better players and played with them for many hours, and honed my skills and picking up valuable lessons at the same time. I paid 'tuition' for all these games with them as I paid the table rates and time. There was no risk to them and they even parted a few tips or two. In no time, I played better and even be on par with the better players so much so that they refused my 'tuition fees'. :)

Yup! After spending a decade in london, i naturally have a preference towards the petite english makes...Full size with small holes make it difficult to pot but when scored, its a true satisfaction :p
Falmin' J, U have a secondhand Brit for sale? I really do not have an inkling of the cost involved...I am into smaller table pool as opposed to snooker table.
Patrick& Orchi, U guys can give me lessons? We play with cards and then pot according to the numbers...losers pay according to number of cards in hand...i lost everytime...including playing with my supplier! :D

Hmm...getting a pool table is nice...I was even considering one, last year. For a second hand one, the price aint expensive, just look thru classified section on the newspaper…you will find many.
But the real challenge is space, the rule of thumb is that you need 6 feet of play space around the table for your cue movement, THAT is a lot of space, say your table is 7 X 4, then you need 19 X 16 feet of space to have comfortable play space…do consider.

I used to go to Summit for pool a couple years back, but then it got a little too overcrowded for my tastes (had to wait for a while before a table was open, didn't help that there were more snooker tables than pool). Then it was Cafe/Club 7 for a while. Now it's Asia Cafe for me. Can makan before/after pool session too!
