Wellcome to the forum and hope that you can contribute you ideas to the community. After all, puchong is also under mpsj anyway and definitely there will be having some similarities in whatever issues that crops up.

I heard that since USJ has been saturated with housing projects ie. no more land space. Puchong is the next USJ. :) Is that true ? :confused:

i used to work in the banana plantation estate in Carey Island.......where all the bananas imported into this forum are source from......and a difficult life i had........sow the seed......water the tree using sea water from Pulau Indah........then pluck the fruits and peel off the skin......then i take home the flesh and throw the skin into the pond at Pulau Ketam........ :D .......where all papa crabs, fatty crabs, mama crabs and fried crabs are being distributed to all the seafood restaurants in Port Klang and Klang.........

So........if u still wanna rob me.......i suggest u go after my neighbour who live in a semi-D worth 1 million by the name of Western Babikia........if u found him......pls send my regards.........

ooopss......forgotten to tell u.....he is the taiko of the gang 555 from Pandamaran, Port Klang......so if u still have the gutso to do so......good luck.....u can recognise him easily.......he smoke cigar and alwiz carry a babikia parang.......a trademark for all gangsta taikor........ ;)

How come puchong puteri doesn't have any maybank meh ? Must come to puchong jaya ? I live around IOI mall area lah.

Pucman.. bigger house? big investment, cannot afford lah. Golf is only for fun, back then golf was very expensive but nowadays not so.. by the way, I go to IOI mall Jaya Jusco and Tesco almost everyday also spent a lot.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and I find Puchong is convenient place to live. Plenty of shops, banks, car service centres, etc. Access road is quite good too. Only thing I am not happy is abt the neighbours but overall, I am quite happy here. :)

FYI, the word "PUCHONG" is not used in the open or in public amongst the Brunei Malays because it describes the man's genitals. :confused:

Imagine using the words Puchong Jaya, Puchong Indah, Puchong Puteri, Puchong Perdana, Taman Puchong to the local Bruneian Malay girls in a class lecture.... to give examples of satellite townships? :D

However, whenever I told others that I purchase a house in Puchong, their first impression would like "huh?? Puchong?? Why you selected Puchong??". :confused:

If u happen to stay here 5 yrs ago or beyond......then u come back now.......yes......it's been quite a huge difference then and now.........I remember the only entertainment then was IOI mall.....and the town is quite dead........cars oso few only.......but everything change when MMU(Cyberjaya) /Uniten start coming up.......then got Tesco......then they build 5 lane highway.....improve the condition of LDP..........then build many new housing projects............then come up with Giant.....then now oso got LimKokWing University College(Cyberjaya)........ :D

So.....now......u wanna see how Puchong look like yrs ago.......take a tour to IOI office at Bandar Puteri........ask them for a walk down memory lane..........hihihi :p

Just a poser......y u care bout others.....it's the neighbourhood and your family u shud be concern of........and what ulu.......u mean the forest reserve infront of my house.......no big deal .......just make sure u don't venture inside........i saw some shadow at night.......and butterflies and big big insects flying during Hungry Ghost Festival......... anyone happen to experience the same ghostly encounter......... :rolleyes:

That's because most people haven't been to puchong for a long time (or never been), there has been a tremendous transformation for the last few years.

Ever since tesco opened and the LDP was widen to add flyovers, the place has seen non-stop heavy traffic for almost 24 hours ! :eek:

New business buildings are coming up like wildfire in puchong jaya and new housing development in puchong puteri.

Puchong may not be as matured as USJ area but some of the house prices here are higher or the same as USJ.

Furthermore, it is nearer to KL/sunway than some parts of USJ. :D so how can it be 'ulu' when it is nearer than 'modern' USJ ? Of course, don't buy those houses in bukit puchong etc, those areas are far off. Where did you buy your house ? :confused:
