Halloween Bread / Foods

Do you know where can I find bakery that produce unique or special kind of breads, specifically for Halloween? In Selangor or KL area please...

I'm arranging for Halloween party next month and I'm looking something special. Last week I saw a documentary of a young talented boy who have a bakery shop that produce special breads such as bleeding fingers/hands or ghostly - look alike bread. But I did not manage to see the address or location. I think it is in Malaysia.

If you know of such place, please let me know. Thanks.

that sounds gory,, hehe ,, if you do find plz post here .. some friends are organising a halloween party for our kids and would be cool if we had some of those buns..

what about costumes.. besides "fun costume" in ss17 have you any other places to check out ?

i tot dat special bread shop sellin d gory stuff wuz in thailand... anywiz, not sure but definitely u wil need pumpkinz 2 carve out 4 ur jack-o-lanternz....

worse com 2 worse, u can alwiz talk 2 sum bakery shopz o catererz, if itz in a large quantity, im sure they wud b willin 2b commissioned 2 produce d gory stuff 4 d event....

Idolfan, there was a shop in Hartamas that rent fancy costumes (I went there many years back). I tried to checkout for the website but can't seems to find it. Not sure if it is still there.

Arwen, thanks for the suggestion. Yah, my friends told me the ghoulish food shown in Astro few weeks back was taken in Thailand. Currently I'm asking my friends (those who loves baking), see if they can produce something eat-able and gross at the same time.

Idolfan, will let you know if they can come out with something good. Where and when are you going to held your Halloween party? Mine will be at my office on 28th.

Thers' another shop in Desa Sri Hartamas.. bit more classier costumes for adults .. couldn't find the number.. will post if I do find the contact.

Halloween parties are fun :) .. dunno If we will have haunted house this year.. some of the mums are saying their kids will get nightmares..

Thanks Idonfan. Today I went to Toys R Us but the Halloween stuffs are not out yet. They said probably early October. Currently I'm looking for deco stuffs. As for the ghoulish bread, well.. we make do with whatever we have. Probably add some coloring to it.

Rum blazing eye-balls - RM1.50 per pc
RIP waffers - RM1.50 per pc
Chocolate tombstones - RM1.50 per pc
Black dungeon cheese cake - RM40 per tray
Cold rotten ikky sticks (cold dessert on a stick)
Depending on number of guest (kids & adults):
Mouldy bush whack (hash-beef) on taco/pitta etc
Bloody witches fingers (either fish or chicken)
* Many more
