Got this from somewhere n friends had tried n lose weight up to 4kg after 3 days, so would like to share with all of u..


* each day drink 8 glass of water

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea without sugar
1/2 grapefruit or juice
1 toast with 1 tbsp. peanut butter

LUNCH
1/2 cup of tuna
1 toast
black coffee or tea without sugar

DINNER
3oz. any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream



DAY 2
BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea without sugar
1 Egg
1/2 banana
1 toast

LUNCH
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
8 regular crackers

DINNER
2 chicken franks
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
black coffee or tea without sugar
5 regular crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 apple

LUNCH
1 boiled egg
1 toast
black coffee or tea without sugar

DINNER
1 cup tuna
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrots
1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream


the '3 days diet' combines certain foods that create a desired reaction in your digestive system, boosting your metabolism in order to bum fat at a higher rate. the regimen lasts 3 days and should only be repeated after being off the diet for 2 days. the food selections are highly restrictive.

Yes, I've tried this diet. The only problem with this diet is....lack of taste! I was told cannot add pepper, salt or the most important thing chilli sauce. After the diet, my taste buds completely died and only recovered after a few days. But you do lose a couple of kgs.

So cruel to have 1/2 of a banana..and not 1 banana....

Aiyo..1 boil egg and 1 toast and a cup of coffee/tea without sugar for lunch!!

Well i guess alteast u have ice cream for dinner :)...but again 1/2 cup of ice cream..:(

I tried this recipe before.......emm quite difficult to continue especially the third day.I lose 1 kg only maybe due to my craving for chocolate :D I mix a bit of chocolate in the diet.

this is the 3 days recepes, how about the fourth and coming recepes?? is it keep on repeating?

Did this, done that. This is what they call chemical burning diet.

It worked for me when i was in usa still a student. But now......noway....how can i eat all that stuff when others are eating nasi lemak, roti canai, hokkien mee, bla bla bla.

Kaym trembles when she doesnt eat her usual malaysian style breakfast. :D

Can we pick from a selection of Cap Ayam's tuna - with mayonnaise, cili, extra pedas, with oil, in brine.....or just plain tuna fish boiled?

I think Roly needs to shape up! Festive season is just around the corner - which means lotsa feasting!! From Deepavali, to Raya, Christmas, New Year and then Chinese New Year!!!! That's lotsa of food to gobble down with so many festivals coming up!! So it's timely to diet first before the gobbling begins!

2 servings from Ayam Can - uselah the one in water only (chunks or flakes), if you one to diet. Steam or microwave also can - need to kill the bacteria first, might be tuna from the tusnami season, after all, packed in Thailand.

Alternative- improvise and go to Japanese restaurant and eat 6 slices of tuna sashimi (not sushi ya), with lots of wasabe - will definitely kill your taste bud and the calories. :D

After that, you wouldn't want to taste tuna for a long long time...... :)
