HELP!! Just bought a canon mp110 and we're trying to set it up using the mac airport. the problem is that i'm on a mac ibook but my husband is using a pc notebook running on windows.
we use the airport for our wireless connection and everything is running fine. recently we bought a printer and tried to set it up on to the airport. there's no problem for me to print thru the airport using my mac ibook, but we don't know how to set it up to print from my husband's pc.
experts out there...PLEASE HELP!!

Have not used a Mac but in PCs, you just share the printer.

*takes deep breath*
perhaps if you have an picture to describe how all these devices are connected together?
What OS version is used?
from here (http://www.canon.co.uk/for_home/product_finder/multifunctionals/multifunctionals/pixma_mp110/index.asp?specs=1) it looks like the MP110 has a USB interface and Windows drivers are available here (http://software.canon-europe.com/Multifunctionals/PIXMA_MP11010170.asp).
I must deduce you have an Airport hub comes with builtin print server served via a USB interface. If that be the case, you can have your Windows machine (assuming WinXP) to connect to an IP printer via 'Connect to Network printer' >> 'Connect to Printer on Internet or home/office network'

thanks loads firefly, fonzie and jand.
you guys are superb.
jand, you are right. i'm using OS X 10.3.9 and was trying to connect via the airport hub print server. i had no problems connecting my mac, it's almost plug and play, just gotta rendesvous the printer. the problem was trying to figure out how to connect my husband's pc to the airport.
i'm not too good with all this, what i finally did was i cheated and download the bonjour freeware and it did it all for us. but you've hit the nail on the head and told us exactly what we needed to do as well. thanks again.
Glad you were able to work out the solution on your own.
Bonjour? hmm, learn something new today. Sounds somewhat like uPnP
Good of you to share your solution with all of us. Bonjour (http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bonjour/), monsieur.

So there, have you settle your connection to your printer?
In fact for Pc to connect to airport, you only need your window notebook/pc come w WIFI, if its not built in, you only need to get a WIFI card which is 802.11g/b compatible. It's as easy as 1 2 3. :D
