I stayed in a rural area about 30KM from Bukit Mertajam and I recently try to purchased a PC camera from a website call dolarmaker.com.Most of my friends adviced me do not take the risk of buying anything online but I insist to give it a try since the products and price they show is attractive.
I bought a Blue thunder PC camera from them and luckily I received the good in one piece the next day ( very fast ), unfortunenately when I try to install , the CD is not working thus I go back to their website and noticed they have a support email address and without hesistation I drop them an email .
Just after 1/2 hour , I GOT the reply from them and they did try to guide me with a few simple step to try to solved my problems online and I did try but the CD still is not working , so I reply them an email and asking for a replacement CD.
I waited for another 15 minutes and I received a phone call from their E-Manager and he sincerely apologize to me about the matter and agreed to send me a new CD with no extra charge .
I got the Cd the next day and now all things just work fine and I'm very happy with their services.
I'm very happy with their services and quick supports and only then to realised that its a local company and also later to know that its also is a subsidiary company to one of the Mesdaq Holdings Berhad company.
I just want to say keep up the good job and I would like to share with everyone about this company and definitely it has boost up my confidence of buying online.
