Wonder if anyone would care to share some of their families special Indian dishes. My fave is chicken varuval. Or even some potatoes or tofu Indian vegetarian dishes.

Simple... buy all the curry and rempah powder... put everything in a pot... boil with chicken or any meat.... :D :D :D
