You need to find another name by adding additional word eg. abc computer services (malaysia) etc u can't put the malaysia(m) in your registration as m already stand for malaysia :p
Hope this will help :D

Even when there is already a company called ABC Computer, you just can't add (M) and call your company ABC Computer (M) as it is too close for comfort for the Registrar to approve, if we are talking about Sdn Bhd. The Registrar of Companies (ROC) has rulings on names and they are very nitty gritty about names. I remembered when I was helping my boss to rename the company we were working in, we submitted something like 15 names before it was approved. They will provide you the guideline. The shortest way of doing it is to buy a shelf company for RM 1,000 - RM 2,000. Make sure you buy it free of any incumbrances.

On the other hand if this is not a SDN BHD, you will have a free hand to call it what you want. They are quite liberal and you pay RM 50.00 for registration. These are private enterprise companies which are mostly sole proprietorships. That is why you can see fanciful names and also names that duplicate those famous SDN BHD names. I come across one that calls itself ASTRO Enterprise and he installs TV aerials!!.

Based on my experience, if you want to add 'Malaysia' or '(M)' to the company name, you need to show that the ownership of the company is another company with the same name.
e.g
ABC Computer (M) Sdn Bhd is owned by ABC Computer Inc., in the US.

Else, they don't see why you need to have the 'Malaysia' or '(M)'.

The easiest way to do it is to get a company secretary (lots of them advertised in the classifieds) to do it. If it is a Sdn Bhd, you need a Company secretary anyways.

But like pcyeoh said, the fastest way is to purchase a shelf company and then if you wish, change its name. This way, you can open a bank account and start doing business almost immediately.

Hope this helps.
