Well, the variety is not many, but the sauce is really nice. Those who like satay celup can go and have a try

Tried the place couple weeks ago. Quite dissapointed. Not much variety, and the sauce was only so-so, I find the sauce a bit watery and not as tasty as expected. Servings size was very small for the price. Gosh, 3-4 tiny pieces of 'fan cheong' (intestine) or 5-6 pieces of cockles on a stick for RM1!?

If their satay sauce is a killer then I don't mind paying so much but I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon, until maybe I'm really craving for it once in a blue moon, or until they have promotion specials. There are not many customers the few times I passed by, wonder if they're doing well?

One can eat double the amount of food at the Fat man Lok-Lok in Taipan or any pasar malam for the same price and their sauces are not too bad either, not that I like fatman so much, but comparatively lok lok is better value.

Maybe someone can make a suggestion to the owners to do some promotion, i.e. put some items at a 2-for-1 price or package deal of RM20 for first 20 sticks, Rm0.50/stick after that, etc, etc to attract more ppl.

I would go again if
1) i get to eat as much of my favorite fan cheong, cockles, & pig skin without worrying much about price! (and I can whack a lot of these, haha!)
2) The sauce is to die for.

Until then, I will pop over to any of the 3 steamboat places on the other end of USJ21 over this place.

Agree on the portion thingy. I think the operator would have to do some hard thinking to survive the long term.
