From what I know, the Streamyx's CEO has only a qualification of PMR results only. Therefore, I think it is unfair to those who obtain higher qualification doing all the hard work..

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Referring your complaint advantage of the RM 88.00 Installation Fee rebate given to all successful Streamyx applicants. This means, you get to pay the registration fee for RM 75.00 once your application is approved. Which is on your first bill there is no Installation Fee RM 88.00 charge on your first bill.

To avoid any legal action taken against you, appreciate it if you could clear your outstanding balance.
