they send me a newsletter & note appealing for donations. Also in the note was how well they have done in training young people and finding them jobs.

I made a call and was transfered to a guy on the other end. He sounded like a typical government servant and my call was more of a nuisance to him than anything else. He never identified himself (eventhough I did say who i was :mad: and he was actually rather rude. He is definitely the wrong person to be taking calls from public who might want to do a number of things like
1. make donations
2. give job opportunity to the boys
3. make general enquiry on how to do things for the home...etcetcetc...

I told him about his attitude and then proceeded to make my enquiry. His answers? "...We need cash donations and all our boys are fully booked/already got jobs lining up..." So I said "OK, tq" and hang up. This man just saved me time and money.
