What's ur definition of "delicious"??? As far as I know, it's hard to find tasty & consistent good taste of CKT in Subang/USJ....

The one that I normally frequent is a coffeeshop in PJ State...stall is managed by an auntie...yeap, she cooks & serves customers at the same time.

What I prefer is the texture of the noodles...must be dry so that the garlic & kicap taste is maintained...kerang must be fresh and not the packet type, preferably without chilli boh so that you can really hv the original CKT taste...! Also, the egg must be fried separately with the noodles...to avoid noodles being soggy...;)

There is also a kopitiam across the Hari Mart in USJ 10. Its the corner coffee shop and the hawker is from Penang too. Very nice one there. I always go there for supper.
