Can try the one the Hardware shop near Toyota service centre at SS14. Located opposite Subang Jaya Buddhist Association or the BP Petrol Station.

Almost all hardware shop have plywood for sale . Drop by to the nearest one n ask . Thickness available are 3mm,5mm,9mm,12mm and 20+mm in 4 by 8ft pieces . Asked them if they provide transport or cutting services . Otherwise you have to DIY .

how can you missed out 6mm ?? infact 6mm,9mm and 12mm is standard thickness that can be available from the hardware shop. :D

They do have 5mm thick plywood...may be the 5mm thick production is to make the 'bargain buyer' feel happy :D because they pay less to get something ( Looks ) the same ;)

ss18, united hardware i think (coming from pyramid flyover heading for ss19, after the last roundabout, its opposite the ss17 police stn, shop lot is facing U-turn on the way to ss19)
