Went to Cottage Delights to get some baking ingredients and got a flyer of April's baking class. The next one is:

Recipes:
1. Charlotte Cecile - vanilla bavovoise layer with chocolate mousse, decorated with finger sponge and chocolate curls
2. Apple Normande Tart - Crush pastry bake with apple cubes in egg mix filling
3. Crunchy Peanut Butter Roll - Traditional sponge mixture roll in peanut butter mix and coated with toasted peanuts.
