Hi Steven
You must be joking, USJ16 is one of the most active Neighborhood Watch groups in USJ.
You may not be in the loop cause you do not volunteer for Night Watch? never too late to start.
Call:
Uncle Arthur Koh
012 2268710
or the Chairman of the USJ16 N/Watch
Jumahat Subaree
016 6215490
Please also note that Jumahat is the Chairman for Jawatankuasa Penduduk Zone 7.

I am not sure whether you are the resident in this area at such pls don't simply comment that I am joking that is why I put this post to get assistance or I know who they are I don't event need to put up this post!

Steven
Don't get uptight about it ok, it was not my intension to make fun of what you said.
I may not be living in USJ16 but I do help to upkeep the USJ16 Neighbourhood Watch Website http://usj16.nwatch.net.my/
Just one question, if you are from the so called splinter group, why do you need the Car Sticker?
I suggest you should get yourself on the USJ16 e-group mailing list. They are sending out regular announcements to all USJ16 residents.

Dear Robert,
I am not from the sprinter group but I support it 2 years ago as the comittee failed to help us regarding our 16/2 houses who are next to this Sri Tanjung Apartment, most of these residents motorcycles are seem to race in the middle of the night! I have spoken to Mr. Ong Beng Hwa the previous president and he advise me to write in as he was also the treasurer of JKP but sadly no reply nor any action! I was suggesting to him to have bumper as my house is about 150 meters from the road. as for the car sticker as I am proud to be a resident of USJ!

Dear Steven
Good for you man, it's good to have residents who are proud of their Community.
Ong Hua Meng is a good fried of mine, but sadly he is so tied up with his work now a days. But he is still around and will help out when he can.
Why don't you approach the new Chairman Jumahat, and see what he says. Just mention you spoke to Robert Chan of USJ23 and I asked you to seek his help.

Dear Robert,
Thanks for your help, It is nice to meet you. For your info now I'm seeking the help of Mr. Jesper Chan the assistant of Dr. Kow as so happen he was a friend of mine. I think you knew him as I was involved in few of the get together organised by Puchong MCA namely Kempen Mencegah Jenayah 04 at IOI Mall organise by Dr. Kow and Dato' Satim. According to Dr. Kow it was his wish that the resident's of USJ to have a MCA Branch under his district to work together, what do you think? If you have any friends who wish to volunteer for social works please drop me a line as I have formed Malaysian Red Cresent Society Unit at USJ 16 but sadly none of the residents here joined! only puchong perdana residents. We will visit children home and old forks home every Saturday.

Sorry to budge in but since both of you are not talking about USJ 16 issue anymore and you have touch on the suggestion by Dr Kow on setting up a MCA branch here which I presume is under the Kinrara radar screen, I would say it is not a good suggestion. Dr Kow should leverage on the existing USJ Neighbourhood Watches (NW) such as those in 16, 17 and 18 to contribute his services. Approaching community effort from a political angle can be miscontrue by many including me who have different political view points. NW is still the best as they are apolitical and all residents living here are automatic members and all this is bottom up without party constitution and barrier.
