a program? you're looking for an sms gateway program i presume.
these are usually custom made programs and i know of a frien who done it before but they aren't cheap.
you'll also need to get a gsm modem to use it

Jand to enquire further, other than GSM modem. Do you know of any other way ?

Or Anyone else ?

You can send your SMS via tmnet at the TMnet webmail .Don't know if jaring have that as well.

At this point in time, you can only send sms to 019 and 013 phones from any internet email.

Just type your message in your email, send to 01Xxxxxxxx@sms.celcom.com.my.
For TM's mobile phone, just replace the X with a 3.

Maxis use to allow this but have since stopped due to spamming.

I do know something like that in the market.

It is an Internet Bulk SMS portal that you can sent Bulk SMS to anyone you like as long as you have their mobile number. Can be use for business promotions, marketing or even payment reminder.

It work like our prepaid handphone, you can subscribe to the SMS services with the company on prepaid method.

You would get an UserID and Pasword when they have configure the Account for you.

The package start from RM99/= with 399 free SMS Credits and can top up later when you need it. The cost is RM0.15 per SMS.

in fact there are many free sms thingy, some are shareware/freeware programs that you could download from the web and use your PC to send out the sms.

Alternatively you could use any free sms web service, such as http://www.sms.ac, which I have used inthe past.

Just try googling for "free sms"
