We are unable to update the balance today as the lady in Maybank taking charge of the USJ RA account is on leave. We will call her first thing tomorrow morning. Incidently, tomorrow is the last day for our collection or bank in. Our sincere apology.

This is unbelievable! Don't they have other officers?

I am not the one who called. Somehow, only those known to her are able to check bank balance by phone. If we still want to check the balance, then it has to be done personally over the counter.
