Answering your question, there are 2 local photography magazine - Click and Advanced Images.

They conduct photoshop classes and is in the magazine. You can get it from MPH and Popular. I will post it up if I later.

franky, thanks i am more interested in Indesign than photoshop training since the company is paying for it...
