Digital Prints at Fotolife

In relation to our article on digital prints at Fotolife at
http://www.usj.com.my/usjXpress/details.php3?table=usjXpress&ID=369, we would like to hear from members of the community who have used their service. Please let us know how you rate their quality and service.

Used their service last week. You have to say the password ("I'm from USJ.com") so that you can enjoy $0.50 per picture with free degital process. Otherwise they will charged you RM0.60/piece above 80 pictures with RM5 processing fee. Paper quality - very good. All my pictures came out very sharp and real life color (of course big part of it depends on your camera and lense). You need to tell them to download the pictures into their computer otherwise they will ask you to leave your SD or memory stick with them. Customer service - the wife (I think) always smile even though she was quite tied up with a lot of customers on that day. BUT, the husband (the owner I think)need to smile a bit when meeting customer. But overall, their customer service is not bad at all. Will go there again to get my photo printed.

(pls bear in mind that I have no shares in that company...muahahahaaa) :D

Whenever we have tie-ups with commercial setups in SJ/USJ, we like to know the quality of their service because indirectly we are responsible for pointing customers there. Anyway, we are glad to hear you are satisfied with his service.

As to the lack of smile from the boss, yeah....he does look a bit sourish. But he is really quite ok once you get to know him. Anyway, will try to convey the message to him or better still- hopefully he read this thread!!

Hee...he...ehhh....hope the boss reads this thread and work on his smile!!!

Then we can post more of such feedbacks on retailers in our township and get them to work on improving their customer service.....followed with a contest for the most friendly shop in our neighbourhood!!!! Wow!!!! We would then have friendly shops around us!!!! That'd be fabulous!
