Deep Breathing

Should we talk about : Deep Breathing

I am breathing now....haha...I am alive....but not healthy because dadadada :D

Has anyone realise how much and how poor, how short we breath daily ? :eek:

Oxygen is free....air is free....but do you think its a waste for not inhaling/exhaling properly daily ????? :confused:
