Could someone please help me detect the factory operating at the USJ industrial park opposite court 10 that lets out its polluting black smoke during the dawn and at times in the late evening.
I would like to report this to the town council as I am not sure why no action is taken so far.
I have heard complaints from goodyear court residence in this area that at night the air is totally polluted by the release of this black smoke.
Hope you guys could provide me some details.
