hey bazz, I don't think it is a good idea to list out the detail of the haunted house in public forum, u might get sued by the house owner.
Just imagine someone thinks that ur house was haunted and list out the add in press, u will have a hard time to sell it.

05-04-2004, 10:10 AM
emmmm........ can this be one of the consumer right to know about it???? FOMCA, do u have any idea on this issue?

05-04-2004, 02:29 PM
Bazz, maybe if u can put a night in one of these houses, then u can tell us more... provided the "spirits" don't get u 1st. or the police (thanks to an efficient neighbourhood watch team!):D

05-04-2004, 03:59 PM
bazz, i suppose you could say it is our right if we wanna know the history of a house, eg if someone commited suicide there. but i dont think you could say that it's our right to know whether it's haunted, simply because saying a house is hounted would be hearsay and speculation! how to prove it? :D

I do not believe in ghosts and spirits. Or put it this way, if I do see them, I just let them be to do their own business while I do mine. In the vein of this, anybody wants to sell a bungalow in USJ area for say, RM200K because it is haunted? I have the cheque book ready.

05-04-2004, 04:29 PM
Hi:) - IF the bungalow is situated in USJ 5 or USJ 2, Orchi shall up for another 100K from CHL's figure. See you at the bank after Orchi's lawyer runs through the paperworks first.:)

05-04-2004, 10:56 PM
err, hei u 2 old fellas, pls let me, the younger guy to get a house.... haha, maybe after i get the house, u 2 can sponsor a swimming pool n then i'll throw in a pool side party for u guys, how's that?? and yes, swimming attires only...:D

06-04-2004, 12:24 PM
I am also in for the running 50k up from orchi's bid. Now the younger set also interested. bunglow at Rm350K ghost or no ghost, why not.

06-04-2004, 04:02 PM
Hi:) - Almost everyone Orchi knows from SS19, is aware that one particular bungalow is definitely 'hantu-ed' at SS19. The err...current 'owner occupants' has been making strong 'statements' that they're not keen to sell at all.:D

Nothing beats sitting down for a stiff drink at night with the resident ghost while watching the storm rolls by outside your huge bay windows. Reminds me of Heathcliff and Catherine in 'Wuthering Heights'.

06-04-2004, 04:12 PM
CHL, I'll drink to that:D

06-04-2004, 04:25 PM
Hi:) - Orchi didn't get to read that. Orchi's ultimate nightmare still was 'Exorcist', never got tired watching it too. Anyone got the 'originally uncut' copy?

06-04-2004, 04:49 PM
orchi, I think I hv one, the 2002 or 2001 version with additional footage, etc celebrating 20 or 25 years thighy. It's on vcd, so don't expect much. U interested?

Hey guys, do you know where were all the old cemeteries during the estate days?? Achee can't reveal, but was staying near it. The area was pretty new then in 1994. Achee rented it temporarily while waiting for own house to complete.

At nights, there were bound to be echos. Achee's maid decided to sleep in the family living ..........."cannot tahan", she said.

The maids, mine and the neighbours', seems to hear name being called, especially children's. What being said in the day may echo back at night.

That area, according to a friend, still being "visited" at times. By now, I believe "they" would have shy-off

Hi KH EE:) - No problem man, Orchi has got the same 'pirated' copy, missing the 'original' sound effects, due to reproductions. The best copy would be the 'Ori' one. Should be 'uncut' though.

Hi Achee:) - If you're talking about the 'same' house, was there any previous tenants living in the same house before you?

06-04-2004, 06:45 PM
The one with "happenings" was an area which it was built near the old estate cemeteries. It was very new when Achee moved in and I was the first tenant. Not many neighbour yet at that time.

Remembered one night when I need to go to the 2nd bathroom to take my son's toothpaste, I heard a voice repeatedly calling the neighbour's daughter. It came from the backyard, and it was already approaching midnight.

All these are minor disturbance from the previous "occupants", but that was then.

Spooky yea......

Hi Achee:) - Sorry for a moment there lost Orchi's way abit, so Orchi's post is self edited. This topic is very interesting indeed. So Orchi is wrong, there're more 'haunted' house in SJ/USJ than earlier expected.

The one that Orchi was told by a previous tenant rented it dirt 'cheap' from the owner of the fully furnished house(link), for his staffs to live in. So this friend thought he got the best deal in town. Heh Heh...turned out the house is 'haunted'.

One of his 'bangla' staff summoned for him to come to the house one morning, to find the whole body of the 'bangla' covered with deep scratch wounds. It wasn't just up frontal parts, his back was not missed too, where his own hands wouldn't possibly have reached.

This friend of mine said to his 'bangla', have no fear, just dust mites or 'somethings'. Then 'crazy' sightings occurred by other members of his staffs. Cries were often heard too.

One night the 'occupant' came up to bedside n created 'havoc' with one of the other staffs. Next day everybody in the house was 'chased away' by the 'occupants'.:o

The house is now sold to a new 'owner', no way he is selling this house later, as he has invested a lot to it. When he was informed of the 'happenings', he tore down the 'whole' house, from roof down to ground. He left it out in the 'open' for weeks on ends, until he called in the 'exorcists'. Soon after the 'previous occupants' were 'relocated', the friend rebuilt the 'whole' house completely.

This friend is still living in this house without any further 'disturbances'.:)

Hi Tupai:) - 'Unfortunately' Orchi shouldn't post the whereabout of the 'occupied' bungalow here. If you're serious about it drop by that neighbourhood, befriend someone from that area, chances are more people there are aware of this bungalow. However, Orchi wishes to remind you again, the 'current occupants' of this bungalow are not keen to 'share' their house with 'anyone' else. The message is 'clear'.:D

07-04-2004, 10:11 AM
orchi, email me privately ur contact nos. will call u to meet.

also, orchi, was told that the roof of a semi-d in sea park was ripped off & house was vacated for a year to "chase" the "occupants" away. don't know if exorcists were used but it was ok after a year. maybe the rain washed everything away?

07-04-2004, 10:19 AM
Hi buddy KH EE:) - Ooops without realizing it, we might just have given away the 'secrets' about the only 'benefit' one may get to buy a cheaper 'occupied' house.:D

07-04-2004, 12:04 PM
oops, again... but it's good to "clean" things up a bit, like spring cleaning... :o

07-04-2004, 12:24 PM
hey guys,

i heard there is a VCD about haunted places in malaysia..... they showed some island and some famous apartment near casino.... who have it??!!!

07-04-2004, 12:54 PM
Haha:D - Near casino? Too many 'gambler' ghosts around there for sure. 'hamsap' ones won't 'normally' bother man kind, but to woman kind, aha....that's a different 'ghost' story.:D

The worst ones Orchi thinks are those 'lonely' ones searching for companionships or 'poor' ones with not enough 'monies' to spent. So, they would 'bother' everyone who might survive the tales to end up 'burning' more monies for them:D

Cool Hand Luke
07-04-2004, 01:58 PM
'Hampsap' ones? Oh. You would be talking about incubus and succubus then.

07-04-2004, 02:15 PM
shades of "The X-Files"?:o

Cool Hand Luke
07-04-2004, 02:25 PM
No. Incubus and succubus are very real. They are, otherwise, known as night demons or sleep demons. There have been a lot of research done on it. I have the privilege of studying in one of the oldest Church of England colleges and the library has archives of researched works on demons, spirits and black magic going back a thousand years.

bohn nwee Mr. Luke:) - Here is another crazy 'theory' that Orchi has got 'worked up' for nothing with any particular significance or proof.

Most religions derived say that there is life after death. Let's say the belief is true. Where do all the 'souls' hang around in between judgement time by all mighty high up or by all dreaded down below.

When living, we most certainly live by what we see, hear, n feel, in dimensions that we recognize or are familiar with. Anything beyond our understanding or acceptance, for all we know, these 'souls co-exist' in the same environment but in a separate or outside dimensions.

Certain humans are 'gifted' or have the 'spiritual' capacity to be in between these spaces where they can be made aware of or understand what's happening either on this side of the dimensions or on the other side, consciously or otherwise.

So, the rest of humans would have to be contented with 'horror' movies or tales for the time being, coz we're not meant to be the 'chosen' ones. Meaning, even if we might want to go around 'looking' for these souls or us ever have the 'chance' to be faced with the 'souls', it might not ever happen for us.

These 'sightings' or 'experience' would only happen for the 'chosen' ones. Problem arises, because 'no one' can be sure who is or isn't the 'chosen' ones. Similarly the 'ghosts' would also be subjected to 'making mistakes' once in a while.:D

08-04-2004, 05:06 PM
Don't be ridiculous everyone! Ghosts are obviously aliens from outer space that are made of highly energised neutrinos that cause them to shift in and out of what we call the 'physical universe'!

08-04-2004, 06:02 PM
Hi Timo:) - Haha..that's a good one. Orchi would certainly keep it in mind.:D
