BANGSAT! Bangsat betul!
After being away for 34hrs and 9hr flight, BY JOVE! i blur blur sotong go and just unhook the green pump and pump pump pump away....then it clicked to a stop and showed Shringgit 106.43...WTF, it was shringgt 2.60/lit and i have jump friggin pumped in the apanama F1 petrol by sheer blur sotongnesss!:(

So since when is petrol so expensive here mate? (gotta speekin like ozzie lah :heheheh: with friggin minimum wage of Shringgit 4/hr (Macdonald lah) or Shringgit6.25 (gomen imposed)
This is bloody expensive. Even the mini wage of AUD17 (junior apprentice casual worker) and Oz Ron95 unleaded at AUD1.24-1.30, it is cheaper to burn petrol downunder lah...

Bolehlanders deserve the malaise gomen lah. Padan muka! They can go eat local jambu air...cheaper than cheeries.

Yg Blur sotong latotupai

All these octane and cetane things are under the purview of kpdnkk which regulate the price and and as a result (to a great extent) determine the margin of the oil co and dealers....

Unless the petron fella wanna sell at loss AND wanna go to jail, no one can and dare to sell above or below the regulated APM price..

But if you take a look, the news was posted with a caveat. The date of the news is to be cooked at 2018 in back to the future.

Lesson 101 . dun drink and drive

Lesson 102 . dun drink and ride to fill up your motorbike tankful at SS17 petron or Ss19. Some say USJ too.

Got, plenty of road(s)
- cap tiram
- cap f1
- cap Philipines
- cap ltat

Once you are there, remember can go to jail, get hefty fine or get both as a result of :
- sell higher price
- sell lower price
- nothing to sell (stockout)

Ok. Fine! Fine! I don wanna consider petrol station dealership biz...I thought its nice to get free flow petrol from ye own pump :heheheh: ( not unlike owning a pub cos i like to drink! :heheheh:
Anyway, a buddy also once told me NOT to venture into it. I thought I know better since he is an absentee owner, WITHOUT management skills let alone affirmative SOPs. AND that he made more money from the cash wash & car services. BUT but but I think and know i know better! HAHAHAHAH

I can "predict" better than him...

The calculation is derived from a simple pricing mechanism formula after taking into consideration some changing variables. However, to understand how the calculation works, one needs at least form2/form3 maths to figure out.

Ok, anyone who can crack this simple physics-math problem intended for 14 years old kids in Singapore, I will pm him/her/shim my "prediction" of pump price for the next 2 weeks... :heheheh:

Well, all these names are just for retail marketing. It is supply and demand that dictate the distrubution.

The fuel that use by vast majority (because the engines are tuned to this grade) is the regular, and generally is the lower RON fuel. There will be one to two higher RON fuel for the niche market. I think for aussie, ron91 is the fuel for majority vehicle, ron95 and ron98 is for the niche market.

Over here, before 2009, it was ron92 and ron99. After 2009, ron95 became the fuel for most cars (80% of petrol consumed is from this grade), and ron97 for the high-performance car. There is one rare ron100 in the market too but who the f need this grade... with the exception of simpletons who think higher ron is good...

In Oz, if it is stated as ULP ( unleaded petrol) it is without lead. No 2 ways about it because the fine is very very heavy for misleading customers. That is why the product is proudly displayed as ULP or PULP.

ULP has been here many years.

ULP has been here many years.

Over here, it is not mandatory to state leaded or unleaded because there is no leaded gasoline produced here or imported into the country.

Also, the MS (Malaysian Standard) specifications of gasoline has no provision for lead.

I'm surprised gasoline sold in australia still need to display ULP/PULP to alert the public.

But the authority said it is misleading the public. She wants it to be label as Palm Cooking Oil.

Ok. Thanks. at AUD1.40 thats barely 10% of AUD17 or put 10lit into the tank, with change for a pack of chips too....So Just FYI, the minimum wage for a Bolehlander is RM4.81/hr...or Gross shringgit1,000/month. And cheapest unleaded is what? shringgit 2.10? 2.20? I donno whatever is the latest. And Whatever price/lit, even at shringgit2/lit, it is touching 50% of the Bolehhour wage...or just barely over 2 lit of unleaded for an hour wage!

The reality is also there are ppl pumping just Shringgit 10-15 each time! Yup, rm10-15 each time from what i have seen before. And thats for a 4 wheel tin can, not 2wheels cubchai! So , we are blessed in the land of the corrupt & blind!

The seed pf the problem was planted half a century ago. It is payback time now.. !!

http://www.usj.com.my/bulletin/upload/showthread.php?38516-GST-sudah-dua-tahun

The crux of the problem is the low wages and the increase of wages cannot catch up with increase of price and service.

The root to the low wages is the official figure of low inflation rate because salary incremental (to a large extent) either public or private will refer to the rate of incremental living cost as guideline on rate of salary increase.

The compounded impact of artificially low inflation rate that have been around for more than 50 years have caused irrevocable damage to the real wages and hence people will feel “money not enough” when subsidies on essential items like sugar, flour, fuel, etc have been removed or partially removed.

opulant

Having said that, I am 110% positive many of them don't even deserved to be paid RM4.81/hr...or Gross shringgit1,000/month..

I went to putarjaya relatively frequent and often have a chance to look at the way some of these "beyond pen pusher" wasting my tax money. I would say they are grossly overpaid... Many of these "beyond pen pusher" are earning in the range of less than RM1500/month, the fair wages should be less than RM500 because ONE hardworking foreigner can do 2 or maybe 3 of their work.
.
.
.
.
.
.

I took this photo while walking to the *bug inside this hospital. The workers are all foreigners and I am sure they are definitely getting paid at least RM10.81/hr...or Gross shringgit2,000/month..
