Bad educational system, Kuma.... its creeping into civil service unfortunately....

Recently I have a "friend" from the old Subang Village areas, uneducated and definitely "a jack of all trade" - small-time ah long, runner, tow truck agent and even beat up people for a small token fee.... and when he went to JPJ he was asked to wear shoes and button up his shirt.... I actually asked him to get me a list of all new Volvos V40 registered in past 6 months to residents living in an apartment / condominium within a 1.5-2.0km radius of Sime Darby Medical Centre Subang.... to help trace down someone interesting... to narrow down to someone working for an Anglo-American oil company....

When I met him last weekend over a cup of coffee at the Subang Parade to collect the name from him, he related to me how he was treated at JPJ... quite surprised actually.... so I bought him a nice pair of black Adidas shoes.... both formal yet can run if he gets chased by other gangsters.... LOL
