This is not trying to start a fight or argument BUT A REMINDER to the HM and PIBG AJK 2012.

During the last year 2014 PIBG AGM in March, members of the 2012 PIBG AJK went to the front of the hall and do a "signing act show" on a alleged copy of minute of 2012 PIBG AJK Meeting THAT AUTHORISES THE TRANSFER OF RM192K from PIBG account to the BOG. I remember clearly the HM and the members declared with gusto and gungho in their voices that they will make this document, SIGNED BY ALL MEMBERS AVAILABLE IN BLACK & WHITE TO ALL THE LH PARENTS within ONE MONTH. So bravado and keng that even I was impressed !! :eek: :eek:

NOTE THAT THEY VOLUNTEERED TO SIGN AND PROVIDE THIS AUTHORISATION DOCUMENT, nobody asked them or forced them to do so ! They were so brave in their decision. I really saluted them that day .... .

Now, I am a very patient and understanding person that these people are busy with so many business affairs, so I waited, waited and waited and even reminded after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and now .... ONE YEAR IS COMING ... DOCUMENT MANA ? :rolleyes:

This will be one very very valuable document worth RM192K .... and can POTENTIALLY put a few people into Sungai Buloh or Kajang jail for financial misconduct IF found guilty .... so I guess, WE SHALL NOT BE SEEING THIS "SUPER DOCUMENT" AFTER ALL huh ? :p I am sure our YDP Ken Koo will be happy to get this document to help his court case :D

So, you mean Mr Soon is our hero? Or headmaster's hero? From reliable sources, I come to know that Mr Soon and all the ajk in PIBG agreed to use PIBG fund to bear the legal cost involving hm, secretary and treasurer coz of they opening up secret PIBG account without the need of YDP signatory. So, PIBG has no money to start tuition, or fix the electricity faulty at the 2nd floor which full of classes, nor they have the money to repair all the broken tiles, fix the shaky ceiling fan? But has lots of money to bear the legal cost due to their own wrong doing?

It’s not at all an unbsubstantiated allegations. I attended last year's AGM. It’s true as described by currymee.

BUT the correct sum is RM292K as mentioned by Allswell.

At 1st I was also hoping that these ppl are sincere and willing to repent and not as bad as they were claim, in handling the PTA funds. But this has comes to another disappointment.

And as for this Mr. Soon who proposed for the Std 6 tuition (with evidence in hand) if you are doing it out of sincerity then I say “thank you”! BUT if you are trying to campaign for the coming AGM, a word of advice, please straighten yourself. I definitely will NOT vote for a parent that is not a good role model to represent the me (parents)!

the "signing act show" is real hard fact. It happened in front of 300+ parents and teachers less than a year ago.
as for the delayed tuition, and one person is appearing to organize a campaign to "save" the tuition -- is also a fact. (I am sure some parents seen the notice issued by Mr. Soon asking for signature)

Tuition or not, the HM decides. not the parents nor the PIBG. This is also fact.

if the way how tuition was organized went against the JPA regulations, then the school has to fix it, why campaign? if this is not an act I don't know what it is.

The school has been running tuition for many many many many years. (well, the dropping quality is another topic) I have a hard time believing the school just discovered they need AGM approval to conduct tuition. If so why the THE Advisor of PIBG (the HM) did not advise this approval in the previous AGM??

So, here we go. TYDP Soon puts on an act to be parents friendly representative. You agreed to use PIBG fund to bear the legal fees? I am sorry to Ken Koo, our YDP. He is using his own money to fight for transparency of the account, yet this b45749d wants all parents to fund the wrong doers in the legal suit!!!!!!!!!

To YDP Ken Koo, I am willing to contribute to you to show my support to your work. You shouldn't have used your own money. This is OUR case. Tell us, how much is your legal cost.

Old newspaper collector can discover a lot of information. I happen to know one who is very concern about LH. He found an important minutes from a pile of old newspaper someone discarded. What i said is a fact. Does that mean telling the truth is banned here in this forum? Why create this extra thread?

If I can show the minutes, does that mean the admin will restore these messages in the lick hung parents support group? We have the rights to see who is representing us.

My daughter will be so sad to hear this... She had been very happy this whole week and kept telling me every day that there will be no more UPSR tuition in Lick Hung.

If there is no parents like currymee and others who " talk so blunt ", you will have no chance to see your daughter to be happy everyday after school from Monday to Friday and also Saturday because there will be compulsory fee-charging tuition for her to attend after school...

Parents really need a session to understand what is KSSR about. For std 6, understand KSSM. It affects your learning styles and direction.
